A narrower look at early return behaviour after signup. Suited when you already know retention softens later and need to understand the first days.
Churn Interval Brief

Written findings on when return intervals stretch into silence, with optional walkthrough. Best when support or lifecycle teams need a shared definition of “at risk.”
Lifecycle Retention Advisory
From £850 per month
A monthly block of hours for teams already producing cohort tables who want an outside reader on definitions and stakeholder language. Unused hours do not roll beyond the month unless agreed in writing.
