What we collect
Through the contact form and email we may collect your name, email address, organisation details, engagement interest, and the message you send. During paid work we may process business contact details and, where agreed, anonymised or pseudonymised application analytics extracts. We do not seek special category data for routine enquiries.

Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing relationship. Contract and invoicing records are retained for six years or as required by UK tax law. Analytics extracts provided for an engagement are deleted or returned according to the engagement letter, typically within ninety days after final delivery unless you ask us to retain them for a follow-up.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors such as email hosting located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area under appropriate agreements. We share data when required by law.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the United Kingdom, we require appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
